Temporary Closure of Osawatomie Facility

This morning, we learned of additional employees at our Osawatomie branch who have tested positive for COVID-19. In an abundance of caution for the safety of our valued customers and employees, we have made the decision to temporarily close our Osawatomie branch starting Thursday, September 3, 2020. We plan on re-opening our drive-thru with modified hours of 10am – 2pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 and our lobby as soon as possible.

We quickly implemented protocols and have scheduled Proactive Protect to professionally disinfect and sanitize the branch, after-hours on Wednesday, September 2. The health department, who we continue to be in communication with, has stated that our plans and protocols are in full compliance with their recommendations.

All employees based in our Osawatomie branch have been asked not to come into the branch in accordance with public health guidance. Any employees impacted by a potential COVID exposure will remain on quarantine leave and will not return to work until appropriate conditions have been met.

The Osawatomie ATM and night drop will be available, in addition to our full suite of online and mobile banking options. Our other locations remain open and ready to provide great service. Feel free to call our customer service line (913)557-0800 for any additional assistance.

We encourage any of our Osawatomie business customers who are needing currency or coin, to please contact us by this afternoon, or utilize one of our other branches. The night drop will be available Thursday and Friday (September 3 – 4) with a business day cutoff time of 3pm.
