No fee.
Can be used at an ATM to obtain cash.
Can be used anywhere a Visa credit card is accepted.
Works like a credit card; however, the money comes out of your checking account balance.
Purchases will show like other debits and list the company name and amount on the customer statement.
You must be 18 and an authorized signer on a checking account to obtain a checkcard.
A four (4) digit personal identification number (PIN) is required and will be selected by the customer at the time they fill out an application for the ATM card.
There is no charge for transactions conducted at First Option Bank ATMs.
First Option Bank will charge $1.00 for transactions outside our ATM network. Surcharges (charges by the bank who services the ATM) may vary for ATMs outside of our network
The checkcard can be used for business and personal accounts.
If a checkcard is lost or stolen, customer needs to notify First Option Bank ASAP. We will hot card the account so that nothing will be authorized; and if there is an attempt to use the card, it will be picked up and kept by the merchant.
